Are the flats listed on PropertySense verified?
Yes. Every listing is physically inspected by our team before it goes live. We check that the photos match the property, confirm the address and area, and see ownership documents. Listings that fail any of these checks never reach buyers.
Do I have to pay brokerage to buy a flat?
No brokerage is charged to buyers on PropertySense. Our own team handles the property from enquiry to registry — you talk to us, not to a broker chasing a commission from both sides.
Which cities does PropertySense cover?
Every property on PropertySense today is in Lucknow, where our verification team is based — Gomti Nagar, Gomti Nagar Extension, Hazratganj, Indira Nagar, Aliganj, Jankipuram, Vibhuti Khand, Sushant Golf City, Mahanagar, Alambagh, Ashiyana, Chinhat and the main road corridors. We are opening other cities as we build a verification team in each; we would rather cover one city properly than list a hundred we have never visited.
Will my phone number be shared with brokers?
Never. Your number reaches the PropertySense team and stops there — it is not published on a listing and it is not passed to the owner or to any agent. Whoever brought the property to us cannot see it either.
Can I list my own property for sale?
Yes, and there is no listing fee. You apply to join as a channel partner, we verify who you are, and we agree your commission before you list anything. From then on we photograph the property, take every buyer call and negotiate on your behalf — you are not asked to chase anyone.
